The PLCAA is able to provide an opportunity for our Sisters to continue to engage in the work with their community after graduation. Sisters are able to meet and work with others from different chapters.

Many of our Sisters joined Pi Lambda Chi to have a home away from home, community, and sisterhood. After graduation, many of our Sisters continue to want to have those special connections and join PLCAA. In addition, those who are active with the PLCAA are eligible to be chapter advisors for our undergraduate active chapters. Alumnae are able to provide guidance and mentorship to our younger generations.

PLCAA members are to continue to uphold the mission and motto of Pi Lambda Chi. PLCAA members continue to hold events for our members and communities as it is our mission to uplift those around us.
